1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EazyTrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EazyTrack is a personal document management application that provides:

• Document scanning and AI-powered text extraction
• Automatic synchronization with Gmail and Outlook for document collection
• AI-powered document classification across 10 categories (Identity, Housing, Taxes, Health, Vehicles, Work, Invoices, Insurance, Travel, Other)
• Expense and subscription tracking
• Multi-account email support
• Secure cloud storage for all document types

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent invoices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• Up to 10 invoices per month
• Basic OCR processing
• Single Gmail account connection

5.2 Premium Plans

Premium subscriptions offer:

• Unlimited invoice processing
• Priority OCR processing
• Multiple account connections
• Advanced analytics and reporting
• Priority customer support

5.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EazyTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the invoices and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your invoices for OCR and data extraction
• Store your content on our secure servers
• Display your content back to you through the Service
• Create anonymized analytics (with your consent)

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We use industry-standard encryption for data protection
• Your data is stored in secure Firebase/Google Cloud servers
• We never sell your personal information
• You can request data deletion at any time (GDPR right to be forgotten)
• We implement Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for DSP2 compliance

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Gmail, payment processors)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EazyTrack, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will end at the current billing period
• You can request data export before deletion
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us at support@eazytrack.app before initiating legal proceedings.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Email notification to registered users
• In-app notification
• Update notice on this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EazyTrack regarding the use of the Service.
